[ Chan Ho Park Talk& Book Signing ]
NYU KISO and Columbia KISAC would like to invite you to hear the legendary Korean MLB pitcher Chan Ho Park speak on April 22nd, 2017.
Chan Ho Park, "The Korean Express", is a former baseball pitcher, who is known not only as the pioneering first Korean in Major League Baseball, but also for his great contributions to Korea and Korean sports. He made his debut in the MLB with the LA Dodgers in 1994, and still holds the record of 124 wins - the most career wins of any Asian-born pitcher in baseball history. Since his retirement from the field, Park continues his love and passion for baseball as a leading commentator and through his baseball foundation.
This is an amazing opportunity to hear Chan Ho Park speak in person about his journey. You will also be provided with an autographed copy of his memoir, “There Must Be An End For There To Be A Start” and a chance to meet the legend himself.
The event is open to all public - both students and professionals in NYC are welcome. Tickets required.
